We do not sell your information. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the site and run marketing — such as Google and Meta, CRM systems and email tools — subject to confidentiality obligations and limited to the purposes for which it was provided.

Some users of our CRM system choose to connect their personal Google account (Gmail and/or Google Calendar) to the system via Google's official consent screen.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

We access Google user data solely to provide user-facing functionality the user requested: sending emails to the user's customers from their personal email address, only upon their explicit action; receiving customer replies to conversations initiated in the system and displaying them in the customer's timeline; and two-way synchronization of calendar events between the system and the user's Google Calendar.

We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties; we do not use Google user data for advertising purposes; and we do not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Humans do not read this data except with the user's explicit consent, for security purposes, or as required by law. Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256).

Users may disconnect their Google account at any time from the system settings, and may also revoke access directly in their Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon disconnection, stored tokens are deleted from our system and the Google grant is revoked.
